Located in Sudbury Ontario our clients have included apartment buildings, condominium associations, and commercial properties. We are a proactive management company whose focus is to ensure our clients success.
Our current portfolio includes approximately 500 apartment and condominium units and approximately 180,000 square feet of commercial / office space.
While maintaining a hands-on approach, Ramsey Property Management is supported by a staff of four (4) persons, including accounting and clerical personnel.
At Ramsey Property Management, we can tailor a property management contract to our clients specific needs, depending on the nature of the business and the priorities of the properties Board of Directors / Principles, to include;
> Providing financial reporting, including monthly financial statements
> Create a repair, maintenance, and capital expenditure program
> Preparation of an annual operating budget
> Collect rent and deposit into appropriate bank accounts
> Completing necessary forms and providing statutory notices per the Landlord Tenant Board
> Create a long term plan for the property based upon the principal's requirements
Per changes to the Condominium Act, 1998, the new Condominium Management Services Act, 2015, requires all Condo managers to be licensed by November 1st, 2017.
